About Speaker

Daniel Auvinet served for many years as Head of Business Analytics, first overseeing the portfolio of track construction projects and later the broader infrastructure portfolio. He also contributed to various strategic data and reporting initiatives, both in operations control rooms and in the international market. Throughout his tenure, he led the digitalization and modernization of data and now IA usage, enabling top management to run the business in a data-driven way aligned with strategic objectives and in close collaboration with the IT Agile organization.
